Great earbuds with cool new features like pass through volume control which can be used to protect your ears in loud environments. Noise cancellation for calls is not as good as an over ear headphones like the Bose NC700’s but still decent.

Have had several versions of this product. Its outstanding and well worth the money. Buy them at best buy. Amazon sells them, but when I order them "new" they had already been activated and used.

I bought them last minute before a flight last year. Fast pick up and I still have them working good.

Love the case changes, makes them much easier to find when they get lost via the find my app! The buds themselves are largely the same in terms of fit and while the audio quality has been improved, I've had some odd issues that I didn't have with the previous generation. In transperancy mode, very rarely, there's been some random distortion that requires me to fidget with them in my ear or reset them in the case before they'll work properly again. I've had at least one instance of a strange high pitched interference in ANC mode that I think happened when the buds shifted in my ears unexpectedly. There can be odd hiss when I only have one bud in, this is also random and probably has something to do with the new noise sensor - I didn't have these issues with originial pros but the upgrade in audio quality is noticable so it's a trade off. Lastly, I've had some bluetooth issues when them that can be a pain to reset, just because you have to jump through some menus to reset the airpods as your source. Overall They're still great, just a little rough in places. Firmware updates will probably help, but in the end they're still prone to typical wireless issues.

Very good sound quality, what I would like to improve is the performance of the battery.

The Apple AirPods Pro are excellent earbuds and have a fantastic battery life. Overall a good product.

Better than the first gen Pros. These have more bass and phone calls are clear. Spatial audio is kinda nifty too.
