There ok hurt my ears sound is good quality need a better design

Amazing buy, super convenient and incredible sound

Not as good as the 1st generation in terms of ANC but the sound quality is on par

AirPods are great, how ever the rubber used on the tips irritated my ears (made them dry and itch) I bought foam replacement tips for 20 Bucks and they no longer irritate and love these airpods

Don’t know where I’d be or what I’d do without my AirPods provided by Best Buy always has whatever I need in stock!

Always the best when it comes to headphones. I have tried so many different brands and always come back to AirPods. They have their connection and battery moments but don't all wireless headphones?

This are so worth the money you could use them for and thing the sound quality is great

I love my AirPods! These are a good enough upgrade from the old ones. ANC is a little better and this fact you can us Find My with the whole thing instead of the individual air pods is really nice!

Great for sound and noise cancellation. Hurts your ears after wearing them a while.

My experience was the greatest when I purchased two pair of airpods on 5/21. They didn’t have a good connection, they kept pausing even if I just had my phone in my hand. At first I thought it was because I kept putting my phone in my pocket and it would be so sensitive the airpods would disconnect. I was no longer enjoying my product. I went to the Best Buy where I have purchased and wanted to do an exchange because both of the products were not working as expected. I had 60 day return/exchange credit still available for me. Somehow they told me the airpods were not able to be verified with Apple because they didn’t have the serial number on the product. So my experience was not the great at that moment. But what I can say it went well the following day because the Best Buy rep. Left me a voicemail saying Apple was going to accept the one time exception for me to be able to exchange the product for a new one. We verified that the new product came with its serial numbers before I walked out of that Best Buy. I appreciate that the rep. Reached out to me. I was really upset that day, but now I can say that the AirPod pros are exceeding their expectations.

I was shopping for some noise cancelation headphones, I tried the Apple AirPods Pro, Apple AirPods Max, Bose QC45, Beats Studio3, Anker ones. I ended up with the Bose QC45s, most comfortable for me, much better battery life than the AirPods Pro. I didn't like how the AirPods Pro felt in my ears.

the are solid as always but tend to pop out of my ear more than usual.

These are great. I enjoy using them to talk on the phone and also to listen to music.

The headphones work amazing for me. I don’t have another with them. Love taking them to the gym.

These are wonderful, but my whole household has had issues: they tend to slowly pop out of our ears (unlike the Galaxy Buds), and while it's easier to manually switch, they don't automatically switch between our active Apple devices. I was told this tech issue may be a defect (across multiple AirPod Pros and stores), but it was too late to try exchanging them.

Comfortable fit in your ear. It’s exactly what I was looking for.
