Super quick and easy Pick up! Love the Headphones and the convenience of being able to pull up and have my items waiting for me! Customer service was Excellent as well!

I tried these and absolutely did not like them for multiple reasons. Sound quality is poor, if you’re spending $150-$200 on earbuds, there are MUCH better brands. Noise cancellation is poor, they didn’t show much difference in any setting. Connectivity to apple products was easy - but so was connecting to Bose, Beats, and Tozo earbuds so this isn’t a selling point. Call quality was fine but considering how underwhelming the sound was, you’re better off with a different brand. It seems like Apple is relying on people buying the brand name and not caring about the product quality. If you don’t care about music quality or love the apple brand name, go for it. If you want high quality music and good noise cancellation - go for Bose or even Beats

Love these. Second pair, only this time I bought them at Best Buy. I’ll bet not everyone knows you get the same coverage at Best Buy as you do if you purchased them at the Apple Store

These were bought on a return of some Bose after my 1st gen failed too early. The Bose didn’t work out came back to these and so far I haven’t needed aftermarket tips like I did on the 1st gen.

Love them and they never fall out of my ears or make them sore from long wear. Makes the best presents for teenagers too!
