Noise cancellation has been improved compared to last generation but sound quality is still lacking. I love the new functionality’s they’ve added like volume control on each ear bud, FindMy tracking in each piece, extra ear tip sizes, etc. Honestly, I’m still finding myself picking up my Sony linkbud S over the AirPods almost everyday of the week. That’s purely due to sound quality and noise cancellation of the Sonys. The average person may not notice a difference but if you consider yourself an audiophile, don’t waste you time one these.

Love them, they are compact and convenient. I can absolutely lose myself in my books and music with these.

Had to replace them due to my first pair being defective and having scratches. Second pair noise cancelling quality sounded a bit worse than my first pair. They’re also a bit uncomfortable around the ears compared to the first generation AirPods.

I have a pair for work so my hands free and a pair for the gym so i dont have to heare anyone around me.

I used them for a couple months, months down the road I started hearing a staticky sound in my right headphone. So I googled it and google told me I had to take them to Best Buy and Best Buy would swap me out. But unfortunately the Best Buy didn’t have them in stock, I felt like the store was just being lazy and didn’t want to do the paper work and go grab them. So they recommended me to go to apple and they would swap me out so that’s what I did, apple ended up swapping me out and I haven’t had any problems with the ones I got from apple. Over all I love my apple AirPods Pro’s they feel so much better and I no longer have a staticky sound.
