Better then expected

Wasnt expecting much of an upgrade but i was pleasenty surprised. The noise canceling is noticeably a big upgrade from the 1st gen. Overall so far so good

Good but fickle device

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For one thing, pairing this device to a non Apple product appears to subtly break them more and more over time, it confuses the firmware and internal controls. Regardless, the microphone will break on you all the time. Pn the phone people always complain that I'm too quiet, or too crackly, or hard to distorted. It's very tiring having to repeatedly bring them in for an hour long diagnostics process just to get them swapped out. On the plus side: Noise cancellation is good, audio quality is good. However the AirPod microphone has always given me problems.
