I used them for a couple months, months down the road I started hearing a staticky sound in my right headphone. So I googled it and google told me I had to take them to Best Buy and Best Buy would swap me out. But unfortunately the Best Buy didn’t have them in stock, I felt like the store was just being lazy and didn’t want to do the paper work and go grab them. So they recommended me to go to apple and they would swap me out so that’s what I did, apple ended up swapping me out and I haven’t had any problems with the ones I got from apple. Over all I love my apple AirPods Pro’s they feel so much better and I no longer have a staticky sound.

My favorite music is inside my AirPods Pro when I go any site and make me live the moment Intensely.

Definitely worth the money to just buy these instead of several pairs of cheaper ones that end up not working.

I LOVED my AirPod Pro, gen 1. These gen 2 are a really impressive improvement in sound quality, and especially noise cancellation. Other improvements include a speaker that can emit a tone for when you forget where you placed your AirPods. Im very happy with this purchase!

These are a great product and comes with factory warranty. My girlfriend loves these and uses them at work and for everyday use!

It was the perfect Christmas present. Exactly what they asked for & it was in stock.

My wife loves them and likes that they do not fall out like the AirPods 3rd generation. It continues to play music in the background while she talks to Siri. It also has noise cancelling and a pass through listening so you can hear your surroundings. She also liked that the ear cups were comfy since she normally would not like that style.

Great purchase! Haven’t figured out all of the functions, but what I do know works great!

The ability to to find each AirPod and the case is a great feature. I’d recommend getting foam tips but that’s about it.
