I thought they were of better quality, they do not easily return to what I was previously listening to after answering a call or listening to audio

They are great but for me personal they continue to fall out of my ear no matter the movement . In addition to that when I re adjust one of the pods it hangs up the call due to the new techno feature (when you touch the outer part of either pod it allow you to turn volume up and also end a call etc . For it's difficult, my first pair since I lost my 2nd gen pair. Really wish I would've tried these before making a final decision/ purchase !

I've tried at least 7 or 8 pairs of Best buy's earbuds. And I really thought I had found the right ones this time. After bringing them home the same day and charging them up within hours, I start having problems with the left earbud. It seems like there is something going on with those left earbuds. But they don't meet the quality that you pay for them.

It's been a month I bought this item. It is excellent, specially ability of transparency and calling quality. Also, Best buy gave an interesting price offers for this product. The delivery was on time, exactly at specified time. Definitely I am recommending it.

Apple products always standout from the world but somehow, I am not satisfied its working noise cancellation is poor compared to other competitors.

I had the original air pods pro and the 2nd generator are even better. Took a little getting used to adjusting the volume with the controls on the air pods but once that was figured out I had no issues.

Sound quality,ANC, and Ambient sound modes are all amazing. Only minor gripe is that they tend to slip out every once in a while.

Love Best Buy and the service and love Apple. Great store and great product selection. A little short on help, but who isn't today. Been a loyal customer for years. Did a great job during peak COVID also

If that's what I bought these days, the company that uses your market place is acting in bad faith, sending counterfeit products! But it's already been solved! I returned it and was refunded!

They call out of your ear so easily even with the smallest tip. Swapped back to the first generation after almost 1 full week of use.

Battery life not long enough a lot of static when connected to tv’s if not fully charged. Kinda disappointing always been a big apple guy

I upgraded from the first generation after gifting my old pair to a family member. They are just okay. They still look cool and work well.

Have had the first gen AirPods Pro for a few years now, but with the dozens of reviews saying the second gen were even better, i decided to try them with the holiday pricing, and man ar ethey worth it!

Definitely was looking to upgrade my pods since I heard a lot of good things about it. With Black Friday being around us and Best Buy offfers a payment plan, i decided to get them. I love the new upgrade

It works well with windows laptops, android phones and iphone/apple devices. Active Noise Cancellation mode is well balanced.

The connection or interface is slow at times. The noise cancellation feature is helpful but can potentiates surround sounds.

It works without giving any trouble for couple of years.

Terrible sound coming from an audiophile. Will never recommend if you want a true immersive mobile experience. Tiny sound.

Worked good for a year, after a year the charging case dies quickly

Pretty good once you learn how to handle them. Dangerous at times because the noise canceling is too good!!! Pay attention!
