Noise cancelling is great. Sounds is better the first gen AirPod pros, but not as good as my Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds.

It's okay. But it's apple. Honestly got a better pair of headphones for just $70 on Amazon just because they were not apple

They hurt my ears and make odd sounds. If I lean on one, it turns off. I really prefer my Beats headphones.

They fall out of your ear easily and arent very loud. They do have excellent sound proofing

I can honestly say these new EarPods are definitely an upgrade. The customer service at this location was also top top notch. I will be back especially since they are close to my job.

They are going back. I just couldn't get them to fit my ear. Bought fomey replacements, etc. Fell out several times.

Huge Improvement from the first generation in sound quality and overall.Actually worth getting the upgrade.

Great sound quality and noise cancelling, but I'm not sure it's worth the upgrade if you have the 1st gen Pros.

Sound quality is not as good as my originals. Had to purchase because my old set stopped working.

Love them well worth the upgrade One thing though the little silicone ear buds things are just to smooth for my ears so the airpods slip out of my ears from time to time be careful

Overprized buds!, I could get better sound and features from other brands such as Samsung, Bose, etc. got them just cause my wife wanted them.

It’s a bit uncomfortable for the ears. Overall quality is Okay, not highly recommended.

So ive tried out many earbuds , bose QC 1, airpods pro 1, sony Wf-xm4 , bowers and wilkins pi7 , anker space a40 and beats fit pro, and now these airpods pro 2nd gen and to be honest they are mind blowing im already havinf issues connecting them with a new iphone 14 pro , my iphone shows the in my widgets tab that they are still charging even though thet are in my ears, even tried it out on a ipad mini 6th gen, and even had to factory restore the earbuds a couple of times to get them working properly and they still have connection issue’s call quality is much better than the original’s but audio is pretty much the same.Spatial audio makes the earbuds have a weird audio mixed and sound very washed out noises cancellation is improved but the sony earbuds do a far better job ambient sounded natural until I had to reset my earbud’s and not its has a massive hissing sound using for gaming devicesis grest aince there is no latency lag but other then that they are not worth the 250$ try them out yourselves but these are glorified earbuds again since they are made from apple

I love the idea of them. And I love Apple products. But the left one stops working every once in a while. or makes a high pitch sound.

Bought these on sale, great price and I thought it would work well with my Apple devices. 2 weeks after purchase I noticed one ear cutting out, tried fixing by resetting, Bluetooth on/off, etc., and that didn't work. Took them to the store for an exchange, I was past 15 days so Best Buy told me to go to Apple. Disappointed with this policy.

Excellent. Purchased for an adult son. I don't quite get the excitement over these...I'm sure there are better quality earphones for less, but I'm old so what do I know? My son is all about the Apple brand, and loves these.
