Bad product, dont buy this. You will have problems with Bluetooth, and the trasmition call bybthe time is horrible

Good sound and good quality, which is to be expected with Apple products. Just didn’t stay in my ears.

This item is Fantastic! I simply love the easy to connect air pods and the readily accessible controls on the air pods. The maintenance and charging capabilities are also an excellent attribute to this fine pair of air pods.

Bought the airpods for my wife, not a fan of apple products myself.

Coming from galaxy bud pro's I figured I'd try apples newest headphones. Let me tell you first hand, I think owning these are only about the status. If you work out and get a little sweaty or run they fall out. I've tried many different headphone tips that come in the box. Furthermore, the touch sensor isn't as intuitive. Maybe this is because the simplicity of Samsungs, but with these you must press the stalk instead of tapping. Sound clarity vs previous generation galaxy buds is lacking. I will say these have excellent noise cancelling, but the settings are buried I couldnt figure out how to turn off or minimize the amount of noise cancelation. The cancelation is so good it feels like you're underwater. Lastly, apple has steps to walk you through the setup, for the life of me I couldnt get past scanning my ears with the camera, so I gave up. I think if you are considering purchasing these, you actually consider the prior generation or other brands. For the price point. I don't believe you get your moneys worth.

They stay making quality products, and people will stay hating on them, which is why I will keep buying them. The quality has always been there, and always will be.

Better quality and sound than gen ones. Although they will not connect fully with my iPad Pro ios

The airpods don’t actually have 6 hours listening time. It dies quickly and so does the case.

At first I was thinking how much better can they be then the 1st generation Airpod Max? Not cheap to buy but the value is there for the money. For Apple users for sure.

I like the airpods but I was having a problem charging the airpids and brought ut back to best buy. They would not exchange them because it was beyond the 15 days to return the item. It was 17 days since I bought them. The manager told me to bring them to apple. All I wanted was an exchange. I will probably not buy anything else from best buy again.

Love them!! They work perfectly and there were no damages plus I received the EarPods a day before the actually time it was supposed to get here I couldn’t be happier!

As soon as I received my AirPods they did not work. I took them back to Best Buy and they immediately replaced them. The new pair is fantastic. Working with Best Buy to solve an issue is always a simple process

Airpods are one of the best products I have ever used, they have become my saviour from a flight engine or crying children on planes, however the only reason I am giving a lower rating is Best Buy staff gave me an open box for full price without telling me, Bummer is I bought them as a gift for someone and couldn't replace as I travelled Internationally.
