Not happy at all.

Issue was not with product, issue was with delivery. It wasn't. Best Buy sent notification it was delivered. but it was not on the porch when she went to get it. Oh, porch pirate right, well Mr. Ring Cam will show us who took it. Not only does the cam not show anyone taking the package it does not show anyone delivering it. Contacted Best Buy, they started the refund process, approved it, then said the package was delivered. When asked for proof they had none. When told we had proof it wasn't they said it was case closed. No responses to any email attempts after that. I had been a loyal customer, they lost this one for ever. Will not do business with them again.
