Disappointed with apple service.

When I bring it to apple to fix it, they could not fix the problem and said the test is pass. However, the issue still occurs. I brought to them several times, but they could not fix and told me that Apple do not replace this Airpod anymore in any condition. Apple has no responsible for it own product.

Broken then bought good ones
