This pair of AirPods has been defective from the start. A lot of "interference" noises so bad that I can't hear the person talking to me and they can't hear me. Also they are not "charging fully". I'm dissappointed this time as I've had two other ones without any issues. Support is no help and to make matters worse, there is no Apple support place/store where I live. $250 down the drain!!! I will not buy anymore Airpods. :(

Bose QuietBud II better buy. Not very comfortable and even with the different tips it didn't sit in my ear as I'd hoped. Returned the items.

They work great but after a year the mic doesn’t work I called Apple no replacement “past the year mark” but u figure for $300 they last longer , the gen 1 pro were riddles with issues also but maybe it time to look at other products plus apple charges $270 for repair what a waste of time.

the noise cancelling is not the quality I thought it should be.over all very good pair of AirPods Pro. I like the different size of cushions.

I was skeptical for a long time about getting these. The temptation of compatibility finally got the best of me and I was pleasantly surprised!

If you have small ear canal this product will not stay in ear, even after using the multiple tips.

Connection drop while connected to TV and then change from YouTubeTv to say Netflix. You have to disconnect and reconnect, then it works.

Best buy never gave me my code for the free apple tv for 3 months even after I called about it. So the product is fine but beat buy sucks

They work great and the integration with other apple products is amazing. I do highly prefer the sound quality on my shure headphones though.

Bought at Best Buy and the sound is in and out so I am returning it but I am bauying it again directly from apple this time.

Does not stay in my ear. Ear pieces need an update

They were packaged well once i opened the package it made me feel like they took the time to package so the AirPods wouldn’t get damaged

They do not stay in ear , never had issues with the older version , i have changed tips and and when i am moving they slip out !

It was shipped to my house as an open box and defective. I requested a return right away. Best Buy refused to return it stating it is inauthentic. So they sell you fake items and take no responsibility . We got lucky because we were recording the unboxing the moment we received it by ups. We will continue to fight for our money back.

This item was okay. I purchased a tv to use for zwift on Jan 28, 2023 and the tv sales person assured me I could get zwift in the App Store so I bought the tv. Turns out he was wrong. He “looked it up” on his phone to make sure I could too. Very very disappointed and will never go back to the north Olmsted Ohio location. This just proves the sales associates in this store have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

Not as good as the previous generation. It’s not comfortable in the ears and falls out of ears easily

The sound quality was good, and I liked the noise cancellation. They would fall out semi regulary.

They keep falling out of my ears- misplaced one already Also it sometimes I feel it’s vibrating in my head

what can I say. Disappointing to say the least. This is supposed to be an upgrade. There is an upgrade to the noise. Canceling sound quality barely look not at all. Same boring color same case same shape. So disappointing to wait three years and get this no equalizer control no adjustments for your own favorite settings. Come on apple stop fourth feeding us your listening style. Let us listen to it how we want to.

Like: Ergonomic design, music quality. Dislike: Battery life, Should have a volumne contorl tap feature designed in the Airpod.
