Nice buds but i can't tell the difference in the sound between these and the 1st gen. Besides extra hand gestures they're the 'same.'

AirPods are scam products of Apple. My two AirPods of first gen started cracking in one ear. Surprisingly Apple knew about issues and kept under the rug without recalling or sending notice to customers. They just put on their website about the issues just assuming customers check their site regularly. This call for law suit.

Not as good as I expected, connectivity issues, I have the new software and all updated IOS and still has problems connecting .

Better than expected but really wish they would figure out how to make them sound bass heavy like my ones from Bose & Sony.

Prettygood, still dont like when it pauses audio when you take out one pod, but other than that, this is a great product.

I really like these but i have one question, why leave out the upgrade on having an EQ? Apple should have been gave us that tool.

I have the regular AirPod and it’s a better fit than the AirPod pro. I guess I need to used it a little longer to get used to it

For some reason the headphones won’t charge. Before that, I enjoyed them very much.

Sounds good. Microphone isn’t as good as expected, especially in noisy environments.

These AirPods are pretty good. I would have liked the batteries to last a bit longer but they fit in the ear great.

Great product. Slips out the ear sometimea. I bought a earpiece to go over them to help with the sliding and it worked

The quality of the microphones is seriously under par. No matter what setting is used (and ear fit test is good), people have a hard time hearing me clearly when used outdoors under windy or nearby road noises. Not a good performer for personal/business calls when outside. Sony and Soundcore models do a much better job in this area.

Over rated. Over priced. Defective pair. Simply not worth the price.

No problem with the AirPods but, the Best Buy website said I got free 4 month subscriptions to Apple TV, Apple Music, and Apple News. All I got was Apple Music. I went to the store and asked about the other two services and all I got was a shoulder shrug. That is why Best Buy service is causing the company problems staying afloat. I’ll go to the Apple Store in the future.

Still stuck in pending. Was sent back to me with a Bs letter stating that the product wasn’t correct. Apple stated that some best bu employees will swap out fake EarPods and take new product and sell It. I believe that is what happened with me.

I’ve actually been having trouble with the device I purchased so I would not recommend them.

AirPods still fall off. Too big. Bought these because they had different sizes. Did not meet my expectations.

It’s pretty good but If you’re a audiophile, I don’t think so this is for you. But the call quality is excellent.
