Their great but for almost 300 with a year warranty was a lil to much since I already had the first generations

these have good sound and noise reduction works well but just very expensive.

It’s ok I don’t know why I feel it’s not a good quality,,

They have connection issues and they disconnect when they want to. I hope I can get them fixed

Very good earbuds. Unfortunately, they were too big for my wife’s ears, even with the smallest attachment.

I have the 1st gen and I can’t really see much of a difference between the two. I’m most timely gonna return it.

Lost the 1st generation iPod pro, so I decided to get the new version. I found them finicky, they sometimes find my iPhone sometimes they don’t. Sometimes one works sometimes both. The left has a tendency to not charge from time to time. I have seen them at 75% battery and with 2 minutes of use they drop to zero and lose the connection. The spacial sound is useless.

Keeps falling out of my ear. Guess this defies the purpose of having a Bluetooth headphones

The features for the case are nice. Knowing we can charge with apple watch charger helps to save space

Bought during black friday. Good deal and have the total memebrship so the warranty was free in a way.

AppleCare+ is a scam. Read the fine print before paying for this. Doesn't cover losts airpods at all.

Sound quality is ok but, not what you would expect for the price. The charging case is a joke as the latch does not stay securely closed. I was concerned about losing them with the case not closing so, I returned them and got the Bose QC 2 earbuds. I have nothing but great things to say about the Bose

Very good my order went to wrong home but they did replace them but charged me for both orders

Bought these 12/24/2022. I use them for phone calls and meetings at work. Microphone randomly will start to sound muffled out of nowhere started happening last week. Have apple care on them, but not going to sit with geek squad for 30 minutes to get them sent out. These are going in the trash where they belong

Great sound, not a great fit. Although it comes with 4 different size set of earplugs tips they still don't fit properly. They seem to want to pop out of my ear. I had a pair of Jabra Elite Active and those always stayed on even while running as they fit within the earlobe. I don’t recommend the AirPod Pro if you will be running, jumping, or doing yoga.

The quality of these airpods are great but they just don’t fit me properly guess I have weird ears

There is a delay in connecting to my iPhone and some times they don’t connect at all.

Product is too good…it is a apple product. Bug the experience with the bestbuy is worst i fixed my mind not to go with best buy again. Product ordered on feb 14 and delivery has to happen on 16 of feb. But product delivered on 3 march - untill then no update from bestbuy and there is no accountability to the customer questions.
