They are ok. Nothing to crazy I bought them to compare to the beats which to me are about the same.

For the price, the sound quality is not that great. I was hoping they would be a bit better.

The connection is really good on these and makes the day go by easier with the sound quality

These things will not conform to every ear. Constantly falling out.

Bought Geek Squad refurbished air pod pro for my younger daughter for Christmas. She could not believe this great gift! She got home and when she paired to her phone it said not your air pods. She found out these were not new and could not use them until the original owner removed them from their iCloud account themselves otherwise they are useless. Took them back, told the clerk and all she said was “that happens”. We also bought Samsung geek squad refurbished ear pods for our older daughter and she brought them back to us yesterday dating when she connected hers it told her “Louise’s ear phones”! What the heck? Two sets from here and neither works because geek squad never did anything with these except for a new cord and new ear cushions. They could not of tested them sone the original owners never removed them from their accounts. NEVER BUY REFURBISHED ITEMS FROM BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD REFURBISHED BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT REFURBISHED BUT USED! I doubt if they were sanitized from being in someone else’s ears either? What the heck? Two separate refurbished items and neither were refurbished at all.

Work good if you own an Apple phone. Has nice features. Had to drop a star due to the cost.

Ear buds are good… not sure if its a iphone software issue but i have two pairs and everyone i talk to has the same issue.Phone calls with these is unusable. Constantly breaking up, caller cutting in and out, or they cant hear you. Everything is up to date been dealing with this garbage since the first ones came out and they havent fixed it

I would not suggest these. The pods keep falling out of my ears.

Love all the features that come with apple products just wish it would fit better in my ears.

Not good it isn’t working properly it got sound problem after the return period

After 2 years the right one just stopped working. It charges and the left one works but not the right. Junk the older ones I have are still working but not these. Steer clear of this apple product pure junk.

Loving the new airpod pros. Like the sleekness. Only con is they fall out while sleeping.

Not bad, but wouldn’t say they are perfect. If you have an iPhone they are the way to go.

To be honest I bought these AirPods Pro a year ago and they were stored for all this time and now I decided to use them and unfortunately they don't work properly and I know it was my fault for not using them immediately but I still had my old AirPods.

While it is good. I have sometimes noticed it disconnecting automatically from my iPhone.
