I think its nearly the same as the first gen but they work love them!

I didn’t received the order and when I contacted the support to solve the issue the support says we can’t help you with this and said to contact the local law enforcement. What is going on. I didn’t expect this from bestbuy.

they do not stay in your ears! they are hard to connect.

Battery on apple AirPods case is not what it’s recommended from Apple.

I just dont see the value for what they cost. To me they sound no better then the standard wired ones we use to get with the iPhone. They fall out of my ears all the time. They work great on apple products but on my PC they can be fine then get really spotty. Ill stick with the Bose QC 35

Product gets 5 stars because Apple always delivers. Best Buy, unfortunately, gets 1 star for poor business practices, services and nonsensical procedures. Case in point, not matching their own reduced price on the Airpods pruchased one week earlier on a Best Buy Card. I can return them and repurchase at a lower price at a Best Buy store/online but they will not credit the difference. Makes no sense. Item has not even been opened yet. Worse yet, i can return and purchase at the same lower price from a competitor. Another company earns the business, BBY now has a used open box item. Again, makes no sense - not price matching themselves!

Was verified as fake from Apple Genius Bar.... The BestBuy I purchased from did nothing about it as it was past my return date. If you are going to purchase, please do so directly from Apple instead.
