These are a step down from the first generation. When in noise canceling mode, a loud noise will make them crackle and hiss very loudly. They are unusable in a shop or construction environment.

Great for use without cords. Great convenience …..

I purchased this item, the battery life is considerably low at 20 months.

Sometimes they randomly disconnect from the iPhone.

I wanted to love these but I simply could not get any of the rubber pieces to create a good seal in my ear, which means the noise cancelation aspect was null and void. I ended up returning them for my third pair of AirPod gen 2’s that I know and love.

Apple quality assurance has gone down over the last several months. As an Apple "Fanboy" that's disappointing. These particular earbuds sound great but the case won't allow wireless charging.

Thieves used my account information to get these ear pods.. What is most concerning is that there was no security measures to verify and protect identity of shoppers or the integrity of Best Buy. I believe this was an inside job.

Yeah, these wont stay in your ears running. I walk and locate underground utilities… bend down to put a flag in the ground… guess what happens… hate them.

Moreover Best Buy Tracy CA manager response was too worst to take, when device is defective and it’s hardly passed the return period, she is so rude to consider, as if we were begging for device.

After one year of use, left pod stop working, no more can be connected to my iPhone.

Due to how they fit in my ear even using the smallest earplugs the sound constantly cuts off if I eat, talk, or move my jaws. Also sound cuts of during exercise. The worst! I like old ones better! What a waste of money!

I have had two pairs of these as I though the original pair was defective. The second pair has the same issue which is crackling on phone calls. Not suee if this is a firmare issue or an issue with mt being on an iOS beta through apple.

So when i got these airpods they were great at first but then they stated huzzing so i returned them and i have a iphkne 13 pro so i dont know what the problem was.But some headphones i do recommmend is the Sony Linkbuds S

The airpods pro was defective. The sensors didn’t work. I checked it as soon as I got it, but best buy couldn’t exchange immediately. Asked me to wait till next day. Worst buying experience ever!

Horrible it sound like I’m in a hallway when I speak on the phone Im so upset I purchased these to the point that I’m going to purchase a pair of sony ones that’s way better than the iPods

Microphone issue, it’s an ongoing issue same as AirPod pro generation 1. After sometime microphone audio sounds like talking from underwater or something. Apple needs to fix this issue.

you guys never delivered it!! and keep cancelling my order and i have received no refund for it!!! i do not have a photo because i do not have the product!!
