very bad static in lound inviroment. go to apple store to return but they said it fine , passed the test . Apple need to upgrade their testing devise.

Worst ear buds ever, I have been to the Apple store more than I have used them! This is not a Best Buy problem, but an Apple issue!

Sounds to me the same as version 1. Fall out of ears. Beats fit pro feel better in the ears and stay in place and the sound is equal. Save your money.

They won't stay in my ears. Tried the memory foam ear tips but no luck. Had to buy Grip Tips. Have to slip them on for use and off for charging in the case. I expected more from Apple.

Realized I purchased a fake pair today from the Snellville GA store. There is no serial number at all on the case and the sound quality is horrible. I just purchased them today.

It's not practical; they always end up falling down eventually, and I've lost them without being able to track them!

The box I received had no contents. It clearly has been tampered with. Neither FedEx nor Best Buy would help me. NEVER shipping thru FedEx again.

Sound quality is so bad it gives me ear pain also battery runs out so quick in the brand new..but the time I decided to return it my 30 day return was up..

I wanted to love it as I bought accessories for it already but had to return this today. battery does not even last half a day. Phone call conversations are staticky

Best Buy sold me the fake AirPods Pro after I sent it to Apple and got the report. It’s belong to someone's and not able to connect. What a shame!

I wish the battery life was longer. I do construction and they die half way through my day. I’ll have to buy another pair to make it through my day.

Bad product. Callers say I sound like I’m under water. Hopefully the Apple Store can help. Never buy Apple products from Best Buy the return policy sucks.

Sold me a bad pair of air pod pros Disconnects and makes a popping sound all day !! Wouldn’t let me return !!! Smh Never again !!!

The rubber tip has very strong chemical smell and made my ears itchy after wearing it for only a few days.

Product came in with an incredibly damaged box, and I contacted best buy support twice and both times they basically refused to give me any real valuable options

Had these for a couple months. Noise canceling, sound quality, and bass are all amazing. I waited for a sale, and it’s definitely worth the price. Previous earbuds were a pair of JBL earbuds, and these AirPods are a huge step up in quality. Easy to connect to all my devices (even the ones not from Apple). Never had these run out of battery.

The only time you can hear is when you use both.. use one at a time like the old generation before and was fine.. These air pro are not where it’s at!!!

I didn’t receive this item when it went through the mail a couple months ago. Never shipping anything out of bestbuy again

Sound was good. However they are extremely uncomfortable and would never say in my ears regardless of the size rubber ends I use.
