Very dissatisfied with the quality of this Apple product. Will never purchase again. Static in the ear buds as well.

Does not connect to the call coming in when answering, have to call the caller back or change to speaker or phon option immediately.

AirPods Pro is the best headphones ever! I bought some new headphones since my last pair broke. My Beats headphones. I have a lot of hobbies such as rock climbing and tennis biking. I also work at a demolition site and they still never fall out of my ears. When I got the new pair of headphones in the mail the boxing was super nice and there was no damage through transportation! The box was super clean and came with everything needed for AirPods Pro. “MagSafe Charging Case with speaker and lanyard loop, Silicone ear tips (four sizes: XS, S, M, L), Lightning to USB-C Cable, Documentation.” The Airpods Pro has 3 different modes, Transparency, off, and Noise cancellation. When I first tried them on they were super comfortable and didn't hurt my ears at all which I normally have a problem with. You can also touch the long part of the airport to pause the song! The only problem I have with them is they are super hard to find when they are lost. The AirPods themselves are pretty small so if you lose one it's almost impossible to find them. However, it doesn't change how These AirPods Pro are truly amazing and still amaze me today. These AirPods are great and can be used for anything. But otherwise, they are perfect in every other way!

I was sent a air pods that where damage when I received them and when I call to explain the problem I was unable to get a pair that actually work

Had high hopes for these, they're a bit better than the previous generation in most regards but still can't keep them in my ears :/ Still not great for music.

Generation 2 is where its at. Those just feel way better in my ears. The pro models i can not use for long 1 hour max.

Absolutely hated….. just go return them and buy beats.

These iPods are horrible the do not stay charged long and when I they are fully charged on does not wrk

AirPods cut out frequently and transparent feature does not work. I have owned a half dozen pairs and this one is a dud.

Trash. One earbud won’t hold a charge. Returned to Apple they only replaced one earbud. Same issue continues.

My daughter has had these for less than a month and the sound keeps cutting out so we need to return/exchange them in hopes that the next pair is better.

I've had 2 pairs of the second generation and both time the right one would never charge

They work very well, but for some reason I’m already having issues with the right earbud. It’s already with static I’ll be bringing it in to get it fixed.

Got it for my wife, she is very particular about her headphones and. When i got these for her it worked, price is a bit much for the quality though.

Probably the worse earphones I prefer the previous one… I can’t make a call with this one , the are a really bad product

These are really poor quality. Every time I am on a call, people are saying they can’t hear. I had to switch to the mx4 sonny

The sound was great but they would not stay in my ears. I had to adjust them constantly or they’d fall out.

I will be at the store tomorrow to return this item. 2nd pair and the left air pod isn't working again. So disappointed

I’ve been wearing these for the past three days using different sizes and they all fall out just sitting here. I mainly got them for working out, but if I can even get them to stay in sitting at my desk it’s definitely not going to stay in while I’m moving. Other than that the sound quality and features are good from what I’ve experienced so far, but no point if I can’t even wear them.

did not like the way they felt as I am used to the oldest model so I returned them.
