So far, no good. On my Google Pixel 6 I am getting constant loss of signal listening to audible. I have used gen 1 airpod pros and sports and they work fine with android. I hope this is not an Apple not playing nice with Google thing

The AirPods are wonderful but this purchase is expensive and for the delivery driver to just leave it on the porch where someone could’ve easily taken it instead of leaving it in the mailbox was not such a great choice.

The AirPods are a great product! I have super tiny ears, and I was very concerned before I bought them;if they would fit in my ears. I saw that they came with several sizes of ear covers- 4 to be exact, and the smallest fits perfect. I have not had any problems with them falling out during anything. The noise cancellation is crazy good!! I highly recommend this product,definitely worth the investment! I had the older version that I had to charge quite frequently,these last my whole 12 hour shift and then more!

Going to return they hurt my ears so bad they started bleeding and generation 1 are way better and fit my ears perfect I was just looking for longer battery life

While listening to music or watching a video, the sound on either side just "vibrates" and cuts out completely and all i have is sound on the other side until i reopen the app again. Kind of mildly infuriating.

i really should be giving this a 4 star but i gave it a 5 because i like Apples ecosystem and it connects flawlessly. the sound quality is great, especially with spatialize stereo mode on. the other modes are just as every other reviewer says. the noise cancellation is scary good, i walk to work with them on to block out cars and trains. the transparency mode is also phenomenal. i switch to that mode at work and then wear them all day without missing anything. the volume can’t be too loud though obviously. under half, at least. i bought the first version of these a week before this new one was out and returned them because having no volume control was a bit annoying, you can also now locate them more precisely if you lose them, a little bit more battery life, amongst other things but again, if you have an iPhone, might as well get these. AND please get a case for your AirPods! the white case get scratches very easily….

Great product and great service. I love the airpods; the noise cancelling feature is a game changer. They are light and stay in my ears unconditionally. The battery life is killer. I love how courteous and efficient the staff are at best buy. Not only were they professional, but they were also able to have my order ready in less than an hour. I plan to use Best Buy for all of my tech needs because of the quality and expertise offered here.

These earbuds sound outstanding; rich deep bass and crystalline high notes. They are also very comfortable and the noise cancelation is very effective. I also like how easy it is to switch between noise cancelation and "transparency mode" where noises are allowed to pass through so that I can hear the outside world I have them connected to my iPhone and, as expected, the pairing process was extremely easy.

My wife purchased this earbuds for me and they are by far the best I have ever used. Prior to getting these I was using a very nice set of JBL TWS Pro2. I liked this sound of the JBL's but my biggest complaint was that I could only pair them to two devices. I own an Iphone 13 Pro Max, IPad Pro, Macbook Pro, and an Apple watch so you could say I am deep in to the Apple ecosystem. I want to use my earbuds with all of my devices and the JBL's would not do it. Not a problem with the Airpod Pro's. As for sound quality, they are amazing. They sound better than my older Beats as well as the JBL's I was using. Bass response is very impressive and they will even reproduce it at lower sound levels. Overall frequency response is excellent across the board. Mids and highs are crisp and clear and vocals sound very natural. The noise cancellation is also extremely impressive. Sitting in the waiting room at my weekly doctor's appointments with my eyes closed feels just like I am by myself. It is so nice to be able to shut myself off from the rest of the world when looking to listen to my music and actually enjoy it. Phone calls work well and everyone tells me that they have no issue hearing me. The only exception is when I am outdoors and it is windy or there is a lot of background noise. Not really a big deal in my opinion because I am seldom talking on the phone in these types of conditions. Battery life seems adequate or at least for my use. My longest time listening has been a little over four straight hours and I still had battery life when I put them back in their case. I expect they should get close to Apple's specifications but I have yet to find out. If you own Apple products these earbuds are the ones you want. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Very disappointed. They're going back. Poor music quality. Apple should have not have ever released these. I'm an Apple computer and iPhone user. Been Apple exclusive for years. These AirPods are a major disappointment. The quality of music coming out of them is no better than the wired ones I got with my iPhone 13. Look elsewhere If you're looking for a set of pods that will give you an elevated music listening experience. These will most likely leave you disappointed and a bit upset.

Surprised that the noise cancelling is not better, the sound is middling, but worst of all they keep falling out of my ears! Really regretting this purchase....

Mines have a defect the case keeps beeping drives me crazy I use to have 30 days for return or exchange but now you have to be that total tech member .

Hailee D who works for roadie took a picture of this product outside my house and it was sent to me at 5:07 I was outside by 5:09 and package was not there. Driver definitely took picture of my package at my door and then left with my package. I am not happy at all, Bestbuy is sending item again which is awesome but I find out this morning they are using ROADIE again which I find unacceptable and I now do not see a way to change this to store pick up.

Noise cancelling is horrible. Apple might had started with the 1st gen at the best of it's class but through out the time they made it worst.

The noise cancellation mode on the AirPods are exceptional and make my world quieter. Sound quality is also good when playing music and talking on the iPhone. Fitting of the device in the ears thru the process in the settings ensures a great fit w/ different sizes of earplugs included. I returned my 3rd Gen for the 2nd Gen and glad I did because of the fit /sound/ noise cancellation.

I think this is an individual problem with my purchase. The find my function of these AirPods Pro and my iPhone 13 Pro Max not working at all!

An amazing product, better than any other headphones I’ve tried. I would highly recommend anybody to get these for traveling and music listening. The noise cancelling is great and battery life is exceptional. These last me a whole 6-7 hours. They’re also and easy process to connect to devices. Couldn’t ask for anything more in earphones they’re the best for their price compared to competitors.

They disconnect too much, went in to exchange them and still keeps doing the same thing.

I have smaller ears so in order for me to have wireless earbuds I needed to buy these, which was so worth it because they give you 3 - 4 sizes and they have great features like noise cancellation but also transparency !!! I love them and I carry them with me everywhere I go, the best purchase I made this month!
