The sound quality is very good. The extra small size on the rubber ear tips was a great addition. I do have issues with pairing/connecting to my phone readily about 5% of the time. The ability to be as far away from my phone and still stay connected is decreased from my previous sets of of these Apple earbuds. Overall I still like the product and would recommend it. I have owned about five sets of them.

The new case is a game changer. Sound is a bit better and the transparency mode is way better

if you have used the older airpod generations you’ll know how amazing & useful they are; i think most people carry around their airpods 24/7. How do they get better from the first gen? that’s what i thought but after using them i can confidently say the difference is massive, my favorite songs became even better with the sound quality and the noise cancellation is amazing; you need this upgrade.

Doesn’t stay connected to phone, always dropping at times not reconnecting at all.

I am sadly, one of those people that have all things Apple. I couldn’t however, bring myself to pay the price for these headphones. We did end up with $250 in gift certificates-so I went for it. I love almost everything about these headphones. The sound is amazing! The accessibility is amazing! The ease of use is amazing! The versatility is amazing! What was not amazing was the primary reason I purchased them and it was for running/jogging. I tried all 4 included ear pillow sizes and could NOT get these to stay in my ears. They fell out every 15 feet or so no matter how they were fitted which made running near impossible. I did some research though and was able to order memory foam ear-pillows on the Internet that solved the problem. It just sucked having to spend another $25:/ But now we are good!
