massive improvement over the regular AirPods. Worth the buy!

Excellent sound upgraded from the original would recommend.

The base that I hear from these ear buds is formidable. You can almost feel the base!

They work great a bit expensive but worth the price

The second generation AirPods Pro are readily recognized by my TV, phone, computer and IPads. The sound is not as clear as the former generation AirPods pro model. The lower frequencies sound slightly muddled and not easily understood.

Had the original airpods for three years and decided I deserved the new ones. Love the product but the shipping (Shipt) gave me a hassle. I had to wait longer and pick it up at my local Best Buy.

Been having trouble answering calls when listening to music it won’t connect to the call, usually have to call them back. And music won’t connect back to headphones after call.

The only earpods/earbuds that will stay in my wife's ear.

My son loves them and states great noise cancellation.

The earphones cut in and out and were supposed to be new but the connection cuts off and back on randomly for sometimes up to 30 seconds.

I bought these for my son and he loves them. He has them in his ears almost all day long except at school. It's a relief as well because we don't have to hear the noise from his phone also.

I cannot say enough negative things about these. I don't know if people have just never tried anything but airpods, but these are garbage. My $100 Galaxy buds are better. The seal is crap, the sound is ok, but without a good seal, it doesn't matter (yes I tried every size gasket). The controls are clunky, the noise cancellation isn't good, should I go on?

I've had the AirPods Pro for a couple years and enjoyed them. I also have the Bose earbuds as well. Overall, Bose sound quality is just better all the way around. But for the purposes of phone calls and work - AirPods are the better option. I can easily jump from my iPad to my iPhone without much effort. What I liked about the 2nd Generation was the FindMy option for when they're in the case. This way if the case falls out of my gym bag or whatnot - I'm not at a loss to find them. So I jumped on these. But I have been very disappointed. Routinely I'm told my voice goes in and out on calls. I have tried talking directly into the phone (hand to ear) and that resolves the issue. I have also tried using my Bose earbuds and been told that they're much better. I didn't have these issues with my old Earbuds. I'm going to give them one more week, maybe wait to see if there's a firmware update. But overall Im very disappointed. I'm using my Bose almost exclusively now.
