Noise cancellation is great but the pods are huge the cut my ears

The Apple environment has become totally useless. The AirPods will switch from phone to iPad and even after turning off Bluetooth on the device you don’t want connected, it still doesn’t connect. Too much time wasted with these. The technology seems like it hasn’t progressed with Apple, try activating Siri when you have AirPods, watch, phone and iPad. It’s become a joke.

I HATE these AirPods. Connecting them to my iPhone is a nightmare. they never connect the first time. If you take one off for a moment and then put it back on the pair refuse to play together until I take them both out and put them back on together. No one can hear me talk on the phone when I use them for phone calls. Everyone says I sound muffled or like I am underwater. on top of these issues they fallout constantly. it is extremely stupid and irritating. I have tried troubleshooting, switching the ear cushions etc. nothing is working. I had the 2nd generation AirPods (not pro) and they were great. the sound was great, I never had issues with them falling out or people not being able to hear me talk on the phone. There's a reason they still sell those. These are not worth the cost. I am going to sell them and buy Sony earbuds.

Arrived on time and they work wonderfully I appreciate apple for always pulling through with amazing products and for best buy selling the best of the best!
