They sound great, but for whatever reason my left ear didn’t fit right and it hurt after a few mins no matter what I did so I had to get rid of them shame!!

The only product apple has ever released that is simply worse than the previous iteration. So insanely bad I can’t understand a single positive review. These will disconnect from your phone almost hourly. Audio will randomly play on your phone while airbuds are in because the connection is so awful. They have already been warranty replace and are still nothing but a problem. There is no world where these are worth even half their price

these headphones are absolutely TERRIBLE biggest waste of money ever these are 50$ more the then gen 1 airpods pros and they aren't even that good seriously 50$ more for 1 more hour of battery and no quick charge like skull candy's and other brands have i hate these headphones I do not recommend you spend your money on this unless you like to waste it

After spending $250. After 1 year the product starting failing. Static, sound compromised, doesnt play videos…. I took to Apple to test yesterday. Failed all of their sound tests. Either i pay $89.00 each ear to repair or buy new. I will NOT buy another pairI. WILL buy a different brand. Don’t waste ur money on these. They should cost $69.00 most. Relied on name.

Product works great is exactly as advertised. Needs a better case or choice options when purchased.

Stock ear buds are terrible. Replaced them immediately. Ill fitting

I have now gone through 2 pairs of AirPods that failed after just over 1 year. I have a lot of Apple products laptop, iPhone, iPad, watch and AirPods. The quality of AirPods doesn't live up to Apples other products. I don't recommend them.

I still have yet to recieve this item or an email of shipping status. Tomorrow makes exactly a month. It is almost impossible to get someone to even assist me with this problem. I should have waited and went to Apple instead.

Terrible. I had one day to return the item and the manager said that she couldn’t do anything because the window on the computer didn’t let her. Would not be coming here for any other products again.

Bought them for our daughter last year for Christmas and they were great! After a year of usage, she is starting to hear background noise. A lot of money to spend if they do not hold up after one year.

Could not get conn to case. Pods good but conn between case which has a sleeker and mic could not connect so why pay for and stuff not work

Went to do the trade in online to see how much I could get. Went to the store and they wouldn't accept mine due to the model number!
