If you have a small ear hole, they will keep easing out. I had to return them. They wouldn’t stay in my ears

These things keep disconnecting and cutting out during music. Absolutley disappointed.

To many disconnecting in less than 20 ft, i do not know why i have this problem, with my freind who has gen 1 we test the range and gen 1 has far more connetion stablity than this my gen2, even when i go from my car to my house it get disconected , i did not get disconnected the same distance with my sony

The Ipods Pro 2 are better than the first generation in every way except for one. Wind noise. I use them for cycling a lot and the wind noise, even with ANC on, is terrible. I did a side by side comparison on a ride and was shocked how much better the version 1s were. They have already been returned.

Box is ruined. Cant imagine what happen during delivery.

I had them for a year and rarely use them. When I do use them people tell me they can’t hear me or it sounds like I’m under water or wind noise. When I called to have them check I was told to go to the Apple Store. I did they said you missed your coverage by a couple weeks. Then they told me yes these are bad and it doesn’t fall under the time frame of replacement for which they are having known issues with.

Somehow this product knows to stop working properly after about a year, a month or so after the warranty is up. Noise canceling fails and there is extensive crackling. Apple will do nothing but suggest that you buy another set. Buyer beware.

It falls off the ears easily. Difficult to impossible to take them off the charger without fumbling with it.

Worst AirPod I’ve had and the worst connectivity ever. I would not recommend those AirPods to anyone if you have the previous generation just keep them, trust me.

These have been a nightmare. They do not communicate with my iPhone half the time. The hey siri feature works half the time. Very disappointed.
