Excellent sound quality ambient sound cancellation. Unfortunately, if working out, falls out when I start sweating. I had to buy neck holders.

Great sound, and decent noise cancellation. A bit on the bigger side for small ears. Also the controls are not super convenient

These ear pods are the best! They fit your ear better than the older ones, They are alittle pricey but well worth the investment. It also has better sound!

I have the original AirPod Pro’s and the new version(Pro 2) has much better sound and greater noise cancellation and so far the battery seems to last longer!

They are awesome! I am happy with the AirPod pros 2. What I’m displeased with was the business preformed on Best Buy’s behalf. I was required to give an address to make the purchase. Is this how you do business? Unreal. Almost took my money somewhere else.

I am loving everything about this 2nd generation of AirPod Pros. I especially appreciate the way they can be customized specifically to my ears. I also appreciate that they come with three different sized ear pads. Finally, they are very user friendly; they easily sink up to all my Apple technology.

Better than before, for sure. I didn’t think I would care about the volume adjustability, but it’s great! And unimaginably the noise cancellation is better.

They’re fine, my old AirPod pros seemed to be louder but they’re not terrible. The option to control volume on stem is cool.

I am always searching for the next best listening earbuds, but I’ve never tried AirPods if you can believe it. These pro 2’s are very good. Noise cancelling is good for in-ear buds. It’s not going to block out everything like headphones will. But it blocks out enough so that you can listen to things clearly. I have used these to run and they stay in place surprisingly. I’m super happy with my purchase.

I purchased some AirPods they work good for two days then they stopped working. I took them back to the store customer service was good my time limit to return had passed by one day manager was nice and said we can go ahead and do the return. New AirPods working good.

I bought these for the 3grand girls they have not stopped raving about the quality. They said the fit is better than the regular air pods. They love the noise cancellation feature and quality sound.

I bought these for my wife as a replacement for for generation 1 AirPods. What a difference!! She told me she loves how well it blocks out sound around her. The best feature is that now I can have headphones in and we can both listen to the same thing. I highly recommend these.
