Worse ANC slightly better sound quality.

The sound quality is slightly better with the H2 chip but the noise cancelling is way worse. With the noise cancelling I can slightly hear conversations when just sitting in a car with other people with ANC turned on. Would I recommend buying? No, just get 1st gens and save some money

They do an excellent job of blocking out the background noise where the original ones failed. I highly recommend these if you’re looking for an upgraded headphone.
