Not what I expected

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately, after waiting months for these to be released, I'm actually considering returning them after 3 weeks for possibly the Sonys. I'm not sure why but the bluetooth has disconnected a few times during a call or listening to music. Maybe the seal in my ear but I feel that the seal was fine at the times it happened since they are not moving out of my ear in any way. When I place the headphones in my ear to answer a call by clicking the stem, it does answer the call but it then waits to connect for a few more seconds which I cannot understand why it answers the call yet it is not connected to the phone. I keep hearing about seamless switching but it fails to connect to the iMac regularly from the phone. It shows up as connected on the bluetooth but I pause the music on the phone then play a video on the computer and nothing happens. I then have to manually unpair then pair again. Maybe that's normal but I was expecting seamless switching between devices. I'll try to find fixes online but it has just started to become a bit annoying. Everything else with the headphones is great. light weight. Great clarity for music and calls. I just wish I wasn't having those issues specially since they are praised so much by people.

Trying for hearing enhancement
