The Apple AirPods 2nd gen are great. Love the new base sound - finally. The only thing wrong with the purchase was the way I received them. Loose in a box - so the outside of the AirPods box was all scratched. It looked like product had been opened before. I'm used to getting things sealed from Apple, so knowing I'm the first to handle and open them. Was not happy with wondering if I got someone's return etc.

Highly satisfied with the airpod pros I purchased.

If you’ve used AirPods before, then you already know about the sound quality and noise canceling… but these sound better and and cancel noise better than the originals. If you need an upgrade, don’t hesitate.

They are great, but every 4-6 months, they lose the connection with my phone, and I have to pair them again.

Bought them for our granddaughter uses them a lot really likes them got them at Best Buy for a fair price would recommend them for anyone

Great product no complaints except for shipping I paid for 1 day shipping and it got delayed by like 2 weeks so I had to just pick it up in store.

Device has issues recognizing your buds when you pop them into your case. Simple stuff like this ruins the experience of having them charged and ready to go. It seems like a such a big issue for something that isn’t in its first or second iteration. LOVE ‘em when they work as advertised tho. Get em on sale, or if you don’t mind charging them multiple times over in a day due to the aforementioned problem and the medium length battery life

My almost teenager loved these, and they certainly have noise canceling bc now more than ever he can't hear us calling him, not sure if that's good though LOL

Apple airpods pro gen 2 - great quality. Just wish the store would be mindful about the store pick up sticker - it’s huge and covers the entire front packaging. Not great when the item was meant for gifts.

I am so happy to have replaced my old airPods with this airPod pro (2nd generation). My previous one did not filter the noise but these ones filter it completely.

Good product would buy again, this is my second pair

My son said that these sound much better than the original airpods he had. He had to figure out which earpiece fit better because they was falling out. He uses the smallest one and they dont fall out now.
