Great sound and noise reduction. Better than the original. My only complaint is the same I had with the originals, they easily fell out of my ears. I ordered the Comply ear pieces and haven't had that problem again.

Noise canceling leaves a lot to be desired so far, and you have to have an iPhone to even really get that feature to "work". Otherwise, these sound good, but I am skeptical that noise cancelation will ever be as good as a good set of cans.

I lose them i buy another set. Cant life without. Noise canceling is great too

My son is very happy with his air pods. He said the sound quality is amazing.

I know they are still new so I’m hoping they get better with updates. First, I have a pair of 1st gen pros that I’ve been using for two years with no issues. The issues I’ve had with these is that they get a static sounding Bluetooth interruption and pause the music. I have to go back to the phone so they can re-connect, then continue playing. The second issue is it feels like the spatial audio pulls way to one side, even though I’m sitting still. It even does it when I turn spatial off. When they are working fine they do sound better than the 1st gen, but I wish I would have held off a bit before buying them.

Very uncomfortable. Doesn’t stay in my ear. Online it says you have to twist it to get it to stay in your ear. After doing that it uncomfortable and falls out after a short amount of time. Doesn’t seem to connect as fast.

I have received my 3rd pair with the $100 insurance I’ve spent $425. Since the insurance is not over when replaced you must keep paying the $100 to cover them but all three pairs have had major issues I’ve never dealt with apple air pods many people saying I’m cutting out. There’s 8 microphones I believe in each. They need work maybe being a new model either way now I’m stuck without insured set less than 6months having major issues and I have $425 invested going to call to see if I can get help and will update review
