Had the AirPods Pro (1st generation), but I still preferred my Sony WH-1000XM4 which had superior noise cancelling. However, with this iteration of the AirPods Pro (2nd generation) noise cancellation is than the XM4 IMO and close to AirPods Max. Had an issue with my mic pickup for calls on old gen. Seems to be fixed now.

I love the brand. Sound quality is great and it’s a plus with the find my product figure because they’re so easy to lose. The only downside to this that they fall out my ear very easily because I have small ears and very hard to keep in my ears when I workout and start sweating.

I Absolutely Love my AirPod Pros , the sound quality is unbeatable , I bought my son a pair also , I haven’t heard him complain once lol . I’m Always happy with the service I receive from Best Buy , I’ve never had a problem with customer service returning anything or answering questions

Better than I expected. I didn’t realize that the Pro 2s have noise a noise cancelling function. I appreciate being able to switch between noise cancelling and transparency when I’m not listening to something. The ease with which they switch between my phone, iPad, and laptop is fantastic.

This is a great product and I've used a variety of earbuds from high quality to not so great quality and these earbuds by far are the best. They work well and connect well with all my devices, samsung and apple products. Thanks for creating such a great product.

This was a great gift for my fiancé! I got them for her birthday and she hasn’t stoped using them since. She raves on about how great the noise canceling and sound quality is. Honestly I might get me a pair!

The air buds take some getting used to since the M sized ones are too big, causing them to fall out. Love the noise cancellation and sound quality. Great for flights since they drown out the noise. Much faster than the AirPods 1 in connecting to iPhone and devices.

Read the reviews - I did and I’m really happy with this purchase as these buds are the best I e had and I’m always trying the latest from Apple and Bose when they improve the functionality and noise cancellation. A buy you won’t be disappointed with especially if you can pick up a sale on them like I did at Christmas!

Decent headphone in sound quality, however they are over priced for what they deliver and malfunction more than a $20 pair of JBL wireless headphones. And since I'm on the topic of comparing them to a $20 pair of JBL wireless headphones, I would like to mention that these Airpods and every generation of them whether pro or not, are so fragile that a little sweat, one drop, or just 2 months of time, can break one or both headphones. As for the $20 JBLs I had, though poor audio quality, they were accidently put through a washer and dryer 4 times, dropped many times (They didn't sit in my ears well) and sweated on while I worked, and never malfunctioned. The JBLs continued to connect fast and well and never diminished in their audio quality. If you want to buy these, I would suggest buying the cheapest option when it comes to airpods, they are all the same and they all break easily. I've experienced this with over 20 pairs of airpods.

It was a birthday gift to my wife, now she does not pay attention to me anymore, lol. She loves listening music, talking with friend and family. She uses them everyday. Really high sound quality and good product. Super happy and highly recommended.

Love these headphones. They have great sound and I use the noise cancelling to listen to sleep hypnosis and I’m out in minutes. My only hang up is that if I’m out in public and someone calls, every person tells me they can’t really hear me and only hear everyone else around me. So that’s frustrating because hands free calling is one of the reasons for buying them. I had the equivalent Samsung headphones and had the same issue so it’s not just Apple.

The sound is GREAT!! But, I am having a hard time with how to adjust by touch (total background sound blocking or partial, plus volume), and I cannot see the faint L and R. The charge also does not last as long as I like. BUT, I can put these in and go about my business around my apartment while listening to my own personal play lists from my MAC laptop or iPhone. It's a mood buster and it gets me dancing!

Excellent product. Works well. I am happy. I wish they were aquatic though. I washed them in the washing machine because I forgot they were in one of my pockets and they still work well!

WOW! I never thought I needed these, but, they are really useful. I no longer have to carry my phone everywhere in the house/car to have a conversation. The noise cancelling feature is awesome; anyone unsure about these should give them a try and, you'll wonder as I did, "Why didn't I get them sooner.

I bought these for my son for his birthday and according to him, that’s one of the best gifts he’s gotten ever!! so I am thinking of buying me a pair, but I don’t use them as much as he does so I’m giving you a five star’s Apple’s always the best way to go!!
