the adaptive noise cancellation gets annoying but i believe you can turn it off in settings, other than that they work fine i couldn’t tell the difference between noise cancellation with the first gen pros but claims 2x more, but then again i wasn’t comparing next to each other so don’t take my word

After a while I’ve had to buy 2 new pairs due to the microphone not working well anymore. I’ve been told I sound very far away or muffled and Siri has a hard time hearing when attempting to use the “hey siri” command. The sound quality is great and so is the noise cancellation feature.

Upgraded my AirPods. My new ones have better quality sound and noise canceling. Very happy with the upgraded AirPods. I am glad I traded in the older version.

No need to try a lot of brands Just buy these on sale. Noise reduction is great so is sound quality for in ear. Perfect for Zoom calls and regular phone chat. Comfortable in the ear as well unlike prior generation. They recharge fast. The surround sound feature is cool to. I also have Sony for over ear for serious listening. The Apple over ear are clunky and the case is poorly designed. Airpod Pros are excellent however.

This just shows that I bought AirPods, but I had returns and transactions that needed to be done. The manager, Elvin Moran, went out of his way to provide a level of attention and professionalism that you just don’t see anymore! He spent the time that I needed and was a pleasure to work with. Product looks good best AirPods which I got. I recommend every one to get apple products from Best Buy as they price match with all the websites

Excellent incremental improvements over the 1st gen. Not a huge leap but welcome changes. Battery life is about an hour longer. Space Audio is kind of gimmicky, esp. during phone calls. Audio quality is about 20% better but not a huge reason to upgrade. Noise cancellation is slightly more precise. Overall it is not a must have upgrade but a nice to have.

I had the Airpod Pros (1st Gen) and wondered whether the upgrade was worth it. The noise cancellation on the new Pros really delivers - in my opinion the upgrade was worth it!

Love this product! It was a gift for my daughter, but I have to admit, that I just bought a second set for myself. Apple is simple the best.

My go to AirPods for over 5 years. Amazing hearing quality and great in shutting away outside noise when wearing them. Good prices as well.

The noise cancellation alone is worth it. Great product. You still get enough outside noise to be safe. Ideal for a loud gym or mowing lawn

Great sound quality! I love the speaker on the case to help find that easier. The spatial audio is very cool, especially with movies and shows.

Simple, fancy, and sounds amazing! It integrates really well with my IPhone. The new features are a great improvement over the 1st generation.
