scammed Best Buy website by 3rd party seller

Its been over 2 weeks and the only upsate is that USPS is awaiting the package. I have been contacting Beat Buy Support along with the 3rd party seller and have no answers. This seller has awful reviews which wasnt easily seen when purchasing on the Best Buy website.

Great seam less integration with apple ecosystem! The fit in the ear is with the existing tips is not great at all. Left ear pods keep falling off with any slight movement. Need to purchase foam tips

Sound Quality and ANC is Terrible

The noise cancelling is absolutely horrid in comparison. Sound is even worse. I don’t understand how these sell so well. Apple really needs to step it up and make something premium like AirPods Max. AirPods Max sound great for what they are. AirPods Pro are terrible in every aspect except compatibility obviously. If you value any sound quality at all, don’t buy these.
