Defective pair

The noise cancellation has been activating at random times. The right earbud she’s not recharge always even after securely putting it in the charging port. They also randomly disconnect at times. I’m disappointed because I bought the original pair of pros from Best Buy and they last 4 years. I bought this pair to replace my first set and it’s already been bad after only a month. I’ll have to look into my apple care to get these replaced or returned as it’s outside of the 15 day return window.

Sorry store

The associate was too busy talking to other associates rather than the customer in front of him. He never offered the protection plan, which I would have purchased. This is a pathetic store. I will not be back.
