This purchase was very easy and the pickup process with Best Buy was quick and efficient. The product was exactly as described and it was a positive experience. I love the AirPods and how they integrate with all my other apple products.

These are a decent upgrade from the original AirPod Pros. Have decent amount of more bass and love the volume control on the stem now.

Comfy fit (easy to adjust with alternate pads for your ear sizes) and great sound quality. Finicky to set-up with pictures of the ear and all that but seemed to work in the end.

The product is good but the charging is not upto the mark

ANC is pretty good, but haven’t been able to find a reliable size ear tips that will stay in other than that way better than my AirPods Pro 1

Did my hours of youtube reviews before getting a pair of wireless hearbuds. End up getting Airpods pro 2 since the review from most of the youtubers seem good and second main thing is that i'm using an iphone. I had replaced a new unit after buying one from bestbuy.. not sure why but the pop up display did not work in ios 15. I replaced new units at best buy and it still did not work, so I decided to update my iphone to ios 16 and finally it worked. Slightly frustrated when the pop display did not work but now works good.

These things are sweet. I dig that I'm microwaving my brain while listening to all my favorite tunes at max volume.

Beat sound yet from an apple prpduct. Noise cancellation works wonders. Improved base and soun dmales for bettwr overall experience.

Spatial audio is cool, I wish they were a little louder. I liked I can save. $50 it basically paid my membership

These are most definitely a step up from the previous “Pro” version. There is definitely a significant noise cancellation boost. And, the low end of MP3’s is most definitely closer to the wired headsets. I wish they charged via USB-C, but, that’s not a deal breaker since they will charge with the circular magnetic charger. All said, it’s a worthy purchase.

I purchased these for my boyfriend. He loves them! He was a hold out for a different brand, but after giving these a try, he said he would not go back. I like the fact they are wireless charging, one less cord! Highly recommend.

Upgraded my old AirPods Pro which had issues with connectivity and battery life. So far these have meet expectations for sound quality, quick charging time, and battery life.
