Since the insurance is not over when replaced you must keep paying the $100 to cover them but all three pairs have had major issues I’ve never dealt with apple air pods many people saying I’m cutting out. There’s 8 microphones I believe in each. They need work maybe being a new model either way now I’m stuck without insured set less than 6months having major issues and I have $425 invested going to call to see if I can get help and will update review

Worst experience

I had to replace my AirPods twice in the first 30 days, The transparency on the right ear bud stops working few days after I use, I’ve sent it to the repair and still the issues persists though the company claims that the AirPods are working fine. All my friends have confirmed that one of the airbuds is not working. I’ve sent it to repair the second time and they never were repaired. I’m about to send it to repair for the third time, let’s see how it goes.
