Zero noise, no wierd OEM settings. It notifies you when its charging using wireless. The case has a little hook to put on a lineyard to carry them safely. Definitely worth the upgrade.

They are improved from the first gen. The case has some new features. The headphones also have new gestures and better sound. Better sound cancellation as well.
