Theses Gen 2 seem to be slightly better in every way except 1. The ability to locate with tracking and sound is much better. I miss place my AirPods all the time and it is much easier to find the new Gen 2 AirPods Pro. The case has its own speaker for locating and the sound location for the headphones is also louder. The bluetooth location also seems more accurate.

Love These Headphones

Active noise cancellation is strong that it’s even stronger than the AirPods Max… think about that. I also use the adaptive transparency mode in a concert and it kept my hearing nice and safe! Don’t regret purchasing this whatsoever.

I love the volume control on the stems. Sound quality is pretty good too, plus the default tips fit better in my airs than any of the first generations tips.
