Right ear sound goes in and out, sync, and charge difficulties. Background noise on the owners side when talking on the phone is terrible. It almost amplifies everything for the listener regardless of the settings. When working they are great for music and streaming, not good for work, okay for quick chats. They leave you constantly thinking - Am I only one that has this problem?

He says they are the best, although washing them tends to make then not work like they were new. The updated model has lots of improvements over the previous model.
