    Not much difference from previous ones. They are a bit larger and get stuck and fall off easier.

    I upgraded thinking this would enhance my workout etc from my previous air pods pro but for me no great improvement. Noise cancellation despite appearing on my iphone settings does not work I can still hear all the background noise at the gym. :( Also Apple can you not make tinier ear buds for those of us with narrow ear canals

    Been an AirPod pro user since gen 1. Never any complaints, zero issues. It was time to replace my gen2 pair. Bought these gen3 and was disappointed to learn the shape has changed. Unfortunately they just don’t fit the same. Less comfortable and they feel like they are falling out. I tried multiple silicone tips. I wish they didn’t change the shape!

    when i bought these they were defective (charger case) they exchanged them without issue. but when i attempted to get a price match they refused saying “it can’t go through because you already exchanged them” how is that my fault?
