    Love the earbuds but mine were missing the medium size even though I got open box “excellent” which should not have anything missing in it.

    Although the product was very good for sound quality and function. We bought this September 24, 2025. The device only worked 31 days. The charger case does not fuction. The case battery will not hold charge. We tried wired and wireless charging . Best Buy does not allow return after 15 days. Apple ended coverage October 17. We spent alot of money for so little functional time.

    I bought headphones and I got home and they were connected to another persons Apple account. I brought them back and returned them and they charged me an extra $40 to get new ones, didnt honor the sale I got when i got the first pair. They told me to reach out to customer service. When I emailed customer service they told me I had to call them to handle it after writing a detailed email asking for a solution. The way it was handled was horrible and I lost $47 and $40 in gas money dealing with it without a solution.

    Hav been using them from 3 months. They are pain in the ear. Bad design. Now i am buying pro 2 again and wasted lot of money.

    Sound ok but no matter what size tip or angle I can not get them to fit comfortably/securely. I gave them to my son.

    These AirPod pro3’s do not fit in my ears properly. I have swapped the ear tips and that makes no difference. The left one gradually loosens and has literally fell out while walking. I would prefer the AirPod Pro2 over this model’s fit.

    The product is great. Find a different vendor. They promised delivery by a certain date (in time for Christmas). I was notified by the shipper that the item was damaged/unrepairable in transit. I called BB to find out what could be done. They said they had one a availble in the nearby Portsmouth location. I went to pick it up and they would not give it to me because the paperwork on the damaged item with the shipper had not been completed. They offered for me to buy another one and they would refund the damaged one 3-5 business days, after the paperwork had been approved. Customer service on the phone lead me to believe this was a done deal. I did not ave an extra $240 lying around because it was Christmas. In the end I had to borrow money to complete the purchase and be able to get my son his christmas present. Unacceptable.

    Live the noise cancellation and the adaptive heating features. But battery life is horrible.

    Product performed like it was advertised, except the only issue was that it caused discomfort in the ear. The discomfort became unbearable after a few days.

    Purchased this a few weeks ago, and on Monday I found that the AirPods had no battery. They had completely drained over the weekend. This has happened twice. I went to Best Buy to get a replacement, but they denied it since it was past the 15-day return period. I went on the 18th day, which was frustrating - poor service. There was no way for me to figure this out since the drainage happens over the weekend. I then went to the Apple Store to replace the case.
