    Bought my airpod pro 3 last month waited to use them till i got a case to protect them and so now a week of use and the right airpod doesnt work. Now it not working isnt best buys fault but when i call and ask to speak to the store i bought the product from im told they dont answer calls so i got some non english speaking person and all i want to know is who’s replacing them. Since when is a store employee to good to answer a call and help the customers that make that store money

    If I can put 0, I would. They sent me an empty box. I asked for a refund, and they refused saying that I dont have proof of opening an empty box, like how was I supposed to know it was empty, I didnt record opening it because I wasnt expecting it.

    Ordered item, fedex lost it. It took 4 BestBuy customer service calls , including supervisor to get refund. They did not respect replacement of similar item at same price. All four customer service rep gave me run around. Poor customer service.

    These ipods do not keep a good battery life. They only last for 4 hours max before they need to be re-charged

    Dead in 5 months. Won’t charge, no lights, dead. Now I have to go to Apple Store and waste my time.

    These headphones are not good. This is my third time exchanging them, and they keep having the same issue. After about an hour of use, one side stops working completely, and I have to unplug and reconnect them to get the sound back. When I listen to music, there is static, and the sound is very strong and hurts my ears. There is also static during phone calls. I would not recommend these headphones.

    I didn't think they sounded that great compared to my Sound Core Liberty 4 Pro. The ANC was awesome though. The one star is mainly toward Best Buy. I started a return, but forgot about it. I called them 4 days past return deadline for help and hopefully make an exception, but they stuck to the policy. It's totally my fault, but some understanding would have been nice. I 'm only human and I made a mistake that cost me $230 dollars. Oh well. They definitely lost a customer.

    Best Buy Gave me a bad pair case stopped working within 2 weeks and apple sent me to megabytes to repair them and they’ve been holding them for a month no updates I’m getting them back but apple haven’t even started shipping them back I have 4 days to return them which i thought i had 14 days turns out I have 60 no one said anything about that and guess what they are still broken they’ve had them for longer than I’ve used them

    I liked them at first, but I kept getting a bad feedback loop in my right ear whenever I engaged ANC. I heard this was due to bad fit of the foam ear piece, so I tried the other sizes, but that didn't do anything. I exchanged for a new pair and the problem wasn't there, so I assumed I got a lemon. Unfortunately a few weeks later the problem came back, so I just returned them. It's a shame, I've had the other iterations of air pods and loved them.

    I wanted to review this item for the sole purpose of letting customers know that best buy let someone use my stolen credit card info online to make 2 seperate purchases of this item...without verifying email or address or account...the theif ordered them and had them delivered via door dash ...please beware having a best buy account !!! Best buy still has not returned email or phone call to discuss this security breach... Dont have any opinion on the product itself as i did not recieve them

    I'm sure the AirPods are great, I wouldn't know because they didn't get delivered. We received an empty box from best buy, when I brought this to the local stores attention, they advised I purchase another pair in store and they would get me a refund for the original pair. 7 weeks later and 2 promises of a refund later, I am told the request is declined, no further explanation. Buyer beware, whether a best buy warehouse or postal service employee is a thief, you as the customer won't be taken care of

    When placing the AirPods on the case, it needed to be wiggled; otherwise it wouldn’t connect to any of my Apple devices. There were also statics and the conversation feature felt odd.
