The heart rate feature is amazing if you plan to workout with your air pods and want to track your HR at the same time. Coming from the previous iteration, these are perfect. I paired this with an ESR case and I couldn’t be more pleased.

More than just good for hearing aid!

Found out my hearing isn't as bad as I thought. So thought about taking back but I like them so much still, decided to keep, and I can keep testing hearing.

Hearing aid functionality is a plus but i dont use it but for those who do is a lifesaver function. Also the type c charging is super fast. Only issue is the material of the ear tips could be better but overall amazing.

If you’re coming from the Pro 2s or standard AirPods, these are a massive leap forward.

Tried getting ahold of customer service 3 phone calls and 2 call transfers I was told to call the store, which I did and got answering machine telling me I would get call back. Bottom line if you purchase at Best Buy do not expect any customer support
