Better fitting foam ear pieces this time around. Other party still has a hard time hearing me at times, ESPECIALLY when battery is low.

Definitely an upgrade at a good price. I appreciate the updates and enjoy these AirPods.

Received two of these sealed in boxes and sold as new. When trying to connect the one pair, give the following message: "The owner of the item will be able to see its location. You are connecting to an item that's paired to someone else's Apple account P****@gmail.com. Seems to me I was sold a refurbished item, not NEW. Best Buy will not exchange, says I'm out of the return time frame. Will be filing a complaint with the FTC, BBB, and Attorney General.

Its good product but sometimes it doesnt connect properly and starts to give static noise and very distorted signal.

They weren't in stock at the store, so I ordered them online for home delivery, but only an empty box arrived without the iPods. I went to the store, and they said they would send replacements, which never arrived. They canceled the order, and when I called to complain, they said that due to their error, the shipment wasn't completed because the system showed that the items had arrived damaged. They told me I needed to return the damaged ones, but I explained that they never arrived, that it was just an empty box, which I had already taken back to the store. They simply told me the order would be canceled.

The grass is not greener on this side ..keep the previous generation if your focus is comfort and fit. I am not able to even use the translating feature because they don’t fit in my ear. Do not trade in your headphones or AirPods for these. I changed and tried every ear tip to adjust it to my comfort and couldn’t even pass the fit test.

I have been using Airpods 2nd generation. This was a gift for my wife. She has been using it for a while now, and they’ve honestly become part of her daily routine. They’re super comfortable. The fit feels natural, and they don’t fall out when she is walking around or doing chores. The sound surprised us in a good way. Music feels fuller, and voices on calls are really clear. She loves how easily they connect to iPhone — just open the case and they’re ready. No hassle. Battery life has been great too. Overall, they just work. Simple, reliable,nd enjoyable — exactly what we hoped for.

Not worth it for the price. I felt airpods 2 was much better both in terms of sound quality and battery life. There is a crackling sound when I hear to music, and I have cross-verified it with many users who had similar issues.

Not the best experience!!! I ordered an open box and it's registered under someone else email. Now apparently the day has passed to return them.... Apple can't help me remove it even with the receipt! These fake returns hurt people like me. Possibly to report them lost or stolen to get a free pair...You should be ashmed!!!!

If these were simply ear buds to listen to music, I never would have bought them. I had been praying these could serve as hearing aides too because the sound is so much better than every hearing aide I have tried so far.. finally Apple heard my prayers. For music, these are of course Apple brand worthy with the best sound you can get. Full tones, deep bass, no degradation of anything. I wanted that in hearing aides and now I finally have it. No more tinny voices and music. When I hear people speak, it comes thru as normal sound, not the empty, hollow sound I have gotten from the hearing aides I have tried.. I have a drawer full of those. These do so much more than I could imagine and am still learning all the features but doubt I will ever put them all to use because there are so many. Having it linked to my phone is amazing. Who knew hearing aides could measure your heartbeat? No more over the ear battery compartment that for me kept getting loose and falling off my ear. Wearing glasses adds to that problem. I told my granddaughters my earbuds were also hearing aides and I won’t have to keep saying WHAT? I have needed to face people to understand everything they say, but no more. They tested me with almost whispers, covering their mouth so I couldn’t read their lips. Blew them away when I repeated back to them what they said. Even with the TV on, I could hear them, amazing! Calling that a win for me. I had worried how they would work in my car with listening to music from my phone going to the car stereo. These are smart enough to not just have the music going into my earbuds. Music still comes thru the car speakers. I haven’t had any issues yet with the batteries running low because I usually don’t wear them all the time unless I have people around. I did discover that using my watch charger doesn’t work very well with charging them so plug them in directly with a charging chord. They charge back up quickly that way. If there are any cons to them, I haven’t found them yet. Having several sizes of cones to choose from is a big plus. Makes it easy to get a good, secure fit.

I was using the AirPods 3rd Generation, and it took me only a few seconds to realize that the difference is extremely significant and a completely different world, especially with the help of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). The moment ANC is activated, external noise is reduced to a minimum, thus, making the sound of music, videos, and calls more real and immersive. Sound quality is improved to a great extent as well. The sound is more vibrant and lively than before and the bass is deeper but not too strong with the mids or highs. Everything is clean and well-balanced. Transparency Mode is perfect as well and is very similar to the human voice, which means that it lets in external sound without it being an artificial one. Also, the comfort and fit are amazing even when you are listening to something for a long time, and the controls are very efficient and simple to operate. The battery life has been strong and quite dependable during everyday use. However, it would be good to know that the box the AirPods were in was damaged when they were delivered. Although this was somewhat of a letdown, it did not, however, have any impact on the AirPods themselves - both the earbuds and the charging case were in perfect condition and functioning without any problems. Therefore, I intend to take them back and get a new pair as a result of the packaging being damaged.
