It hurst shortly after placing inside the ear for me. These however with the different sizes and the contour to turn to fit is impressive. There is I tight snug fit with no pain.

Much better soundstage with great bass and better sound cancellation. Absolutely love these things!!!

I love the ease of them and use them in my daily use. The reason I said poor fitting in the title is because I usually fit the medium tip, but these are really big and a bit uncomfortable. I tried exchanging them with different sized tips that come with them and it was tearing the tips currently on trying to get them off. I opted to just leave them on instead of potentially getting parts of the tips stuck on there because they aren't that bad. Aside from that, would highly recommend them to everyone.
