Won't Charge!

The device only worked for about 3 weeks. Sounded great for the short time that they worked. The charger case does not work properly. The case battery will not hold charge. He tried multiple different ways of charging . Best Buy does not allow return after 15 days. This was a lot of money spent on something that is not useable after such a short time. Very disappointed.

I'm not sure if I'm operating them correctly, because I'm having difficulty using them. Some of the features don't seem to be working...? So, I'm just not sure.
