    Just wanted to write a review. All the people that say they’re having issues are people that don’t know how to use them. I’ve had the AirPods Pro 1, I’ve had the AirPods Pro 2, and I’ve also now have the 3’s . No issues at all. Works great. Some people say all features don’t work unless you have the iPhone 15 and newer. No $hît. Read the description on Apple‘s website. What phones are compatible with to use all features? Do just a tiny bit of research before buying, but these are excellent earbuds. I would’ve given it six stars, but if I didn’t give it one star, it wouldn’t be placed where people have all the problems. There are no issues with these at all. All the people that are having problems are people that don’t know how to use them.

    Not sure about air pods, but extremely annoyed at BEST BUY. They owed me a $20 chit for a prior purchase, it never shows up, so someone whoCLAIMS TO BE THE MANAGER of Riverhead store, says, oh well, nothing I can do. Call corporate if you want to complain, sure that would have been fulfilling…. Done with their silly club, it’s pretty much a scam.

    purchased item on a black friday deal for $220. noticed a special on 12/25 for the same item for $200. didn't appreciate seeing the same 'deal' item on your site less in less than a month...for $20 less. not much of a black friday deal i guess.

    These headphones are HORRIBLE. I was really excited to upgrade from the AirPods Pro 2 (which I loved) only to be incredibly disappointed when I purchased the AirPods Pro 3. The sound quality somehow got worse. Instead of it feeling like a concert in your ears, it feels like you’re underwater and the sound is completely muffled. Also, the noise cancellation is nonexistent. I could still hear everything around me even with the feature turned on. Along with the “upgraded” headphones they redesigned how the buds go into your ear and even using the smallest (xxs) ear tips the headphones would not stay in my ears. I had to shove them as far as they could go into my ears to get them to stay and even that wasn’t enough. Honestly, these headphones were a big disappointment and for the price point, not worth it. These have since been returned and I will be sticking with my AirPods Pro 2.

    I have owned every set of airpods from gen 1 until the pro 2's and now these one's and I can say these may be the only generation I actually consider returning due to it being a step down at launch. First of all, they don't work with the advertised features on IOS 18.7, requiring a forced update to ios26 to get them to work. Second, when updating there are a miriad of bugs, including but not limited to, screeching noises, poor anc when compared to the 2's, headache inducing pressure, and software bugs galore. When I tried to use find my airpods, they simply wouldn't show up. So I tried hard resetting my airpods, as well as restarting my phone and they would simply not show up. I then went on to disable find my iphone (on my phone) and after re-enabling suddenly the airpods appeared in find my iphone! Great right? WRONG! The play sound button ONLY APPLIED TO THE AIRPODS not to the CASE! This meant that when playing a sound they would play audio INSIDE THE CASE?! WHY?! Functionally find my airpods is useless as a result and I have yet to find a fix. Going back to wearing my airpods pro 2's until these get an update.

    I didn't think they sounded that great compared to my Sound Core Liberty 4 Pro. The ANC was awesome though. The one star is mainly toward Best Buy. I started a return, but forgot about it. I called them 4 days past return deadline for help and hopefully make an exception, but they stuck to the policy. It's totally my fault, but some understanding would have been nice. I 'm only human and I made a mistake that cost me $230 dollars. Oh well. They definitely lost a customer.

    Still dont have my items, they where delivered to the wrong address. I reported it right away. And nothing happened. I called, and nothing happened, called again and they told me to do a police report. This happened last year around this time when I bought a scooter. I did what they said and nothing happened. So I'm not doing that again. And I don't understand having to do that if they delivered to the wrong address. They never gave me a refund nor a replacement product and have the nerve to flag my account. And they never had anyone get back to me,even though I requested a supervisor several times and though I tryed to escalate it, nothing happened. So I don't know how the product is, I don’t have my money back. And I'm very disappointed, upset and mad with bestbuy.
