Although I loved the noise cancellation, this version was awful. The AirPods fall out constantly while working out. They get a very loud noise that sounds like a fan and they kept disconnecting from my phone all through use. I had to return them. Not sure what to get now but I would not recommend these at all

Sounds great however it falls out of my ears doesn’t matter what size rubber things I put on still falls out

Airpods are fine but best buy customer service is poor. Purchased best buy membership the same day I bought these and Best buy is hiding behind the membership was bought minutes later and not honoring a price match of $20. So for $20 they are willing to create badwill instead of using common sense.

Sounded great with Apple phone. Unfortunately it would not connect to wife's new Windows computer and neither would a second new one that we tried. Very disappointed.

First time I’ve been completely disappointed with an Apple product. Terrible digital white noise in transparency mode. My ears were ringing after listening to the news after 30 minutes. Very disappointed as the APP 1’s were incredible in transparency mode. I will say that music is a huge improvement compared to APP 1 (which were a bit disappointing in that regard). Ultimately I returned these and bought the APP 2’s which do not have the harsh digital noise.

The new AirPods are great, but I bought them from Target since Best Buy couldn’t get their act together to have my item delivered. Very sad that it’s abundantly clear that Best Buy doesn’t care about its customers nor my piddly $250 purchase. It’s very unfortunate and surprising that Best Buy has such terrible service when there are so many better alternatives from where someone can buy some AirPods. Funny, Target was able to take my online order and have it fulfilled in just an hour. Save yourself the trouble and buy from another store because Best Buy doesn’t care about YOU, the customer.

Less than a week of having them and already had to take them to the apple store because the case wouldn’t charge, and when i got to my appointment with apple apparently the purchase date for my airpods is 2 weeks after when i actually bought them which made the whole process take longer because the apple employees had to fix it

Makes pulsing high pitched noise randomly, gen 2 is better,

Had to return since my son did not like this AirPod fit in his ear so using the AirPods 4 instead.

2 weeks into having them the case stopped charging. I’m waiting for a replacement and it’s been a week with still nothing

if possible it is better to buy 2 pro gen2. People can't hear me when I'm driving a truck, sometimes it starts hissing, you have to take them out of your ear and put them back in. I'm not happy with the purchase.

Delayed my package and didn’t get it been two weeks and found out they lost it

Not so impressed. I like Pro 2 over new. Noise cancellation is ok.

When the AirPod Pro threes came, I traded my pro twos for the threes and at first I was happy until I tried it in my right ear, sounded like mud, and then one time the volume went so high pitch that my eardrums hurt for a couple months,and in my opinion, I think the pro twos are better than the pro threes and should not buy the pro threes

Would not charge up, translator needs iPhone 15 and up to work.

These are way worse than the gen1 pros. I hear whistling and pinging in noisy places. I tried all the calibration and diff tip sizes and problem persist. This product is not ready for prime time and should be fixed or replaced
