They r ok just not good with a air hose around u the EarPods 2 r way better with sounds around you

Not much difference from previous ones. They are a bit larger and get stuck and fall off easier.

Very nice AirPods…. I can’t say much upgrade from the Pro2s which I had and was very happy with them.

when i bought these they were defective (charger case) they exchanged them without issue. but when i attempted to get a price match they refused saying “it can’t go through because you already exchanged them” how is that my fault?

My son was excited to try these. I bought this October 27, 2025. The device only worked for about 3 weeks. Sounded great for the short time that they worked. The charger case does not work properly. The case battery will not hold charge. He tried multiple different ways of charging . Best Buy does not allow return after 15 days. This was a lot of money spent on something that is not useable after such a short time. Very disappointed.

I’m beyond frustrated with Best Buy. Best Buy hires third-party delivery carriers and the one they used “Roadie” literally stole the AirPods out of the box and still sealed it up to make it look like everything was fine. When I reported it, Best Buy claimed they did a “thorough investigation” and still denied me a replacement or refund. They then told me to contact my local law enforcement which I did and filed a report the report was approved and I sent them this documentation and they still denied it. I find that completely unacceptable and honestly ridiculous. I’ve been a loyal customer, and to be treated like this after being robbed through their delivery service is unbelievable.

Would have been good to know translating does NOT work with every iPhone .

Amazing product best earbuds I’ve ever used but they fall out quite often.

Im not super impressed. I like big loud sounds and bass, this doesnt deliver for me. Also had a hard time staying in my ears

The battery dies too quickly especially the case. AirPod 1 and 2 were better

I haven't quite gotten used to using my AirPods Pro 3 yet. I'm not sure if I'm operating them correctly, because I'm having difficulty using them. Some of the features don't seem to be working...? So, I'm just not sure.
