I was very disappointed with the fit. Was going to trade in my 2 Pros and upgrade to these and tried every tip and couldn't get a good seal. I was very dispapointed that I had to return them because I really wanted them to work.

It works very well and I’m pleased with service. I also Love the options this product provides in-terms of sound and how it can be controlled

You need to have the newer phone to use the new features. Very disappointing and should have researched it more before we bought the new Airpod pro 3. RIght now, no difference on the airpods I have from less than a year ago

Quality is good, felt like cheated! Paid 220+tax during bakckfriday sale and now I see it’s 200+tax!

They're bulky and not comfortable like older versions. I do like the noise control but other than that I'm not impressed. Should have just kept my olds ones

They’re good just not Wow factor. Previously had the 2nd gen , honestly there’s not much of a difference.

Product performed like it was advertised, except the only issue was that it caused discomfort in the ear. The discomfort became unbearable after a few days.

The product is great, big upgrade from the 1at pros however the shipping and customer service are awful.

I honestly like my Pro 2 AirPods more then these, these are less comfortable and my left AirPod makes a loud static sound sometimes which hurts so I might have to do a claim to change them soon

Purchased this a few weeks ago, and on Monday I found that the AirPods had no battery. They had completely drained over the weekend. This has happened twice. I went to Best Buy to get a replacement, but they denied it since it was past the 15-day return period. I went on the 18th day, which was frustrating - poor service. There was no way for me to figure this out since the drainage happens over the weekend. I then went to the Apple Store to replace the case.

I have owned several airpods, the pros, pro 2 and pro 3 and every single one has lasted about five to six months and they begin to fall apart. Every single time its something with the pods making some loud screeching and popping noise. I loved my airpods in every way, except that. The breaking point is the pro 3 that I have owned since November just stopped working on my deployment. It has been five and a half months. I will never buy these cheaply made pieces of trash again.

ANC is amazing. New gone insert ear tips are uncomfortable.

Definitely not better the the 2s Gets Hot neva had any issues with the pro 2s

Bad bass sound, only equalizer helped me with that. That’s not really bad, but not for this price

These AirPod pro3’s do not fit in my ears properly. I have swapped the ear tips and that makes no difference. The left one gradually loosens and has literally fell out while walking. I would prefer the AirPod Pro2 over this model’s fit.

The product is great. Find a different vendor. They promised delivery by a certain date (in time for Christmas). I was notified by the shipper that the item was damaged/unrepairable in transit. I called BB to find out what could be done. They said they had one a availble in the nearby Portsmouth location. I went to pick it up and they would not give it to me because the paperwork on the damaged item with the shipper had not been completed. They offered for me to buy another one and they would refund the damaged one 3-5 business days, after the paperwork had been approved. Customer service on the phone lead me to believe this was a done deal. I did not ave an extra $240 lying around because it was Christmas. In the end I had to borrow money to complete the purchase and be able to get my son his christmas present. Unacceptable.
